Tom's pet goldfish Frankie is transformed into a zombie goldfish with hypnotic powers when Tom rescues Frankie from the experiments of his evil-scientist older brother, Mark. Book contains two stories, one in which Tom and Frankie go camping, and one in which Frankie gets kidnapped.
